A Host Home is a family-style home where an adult lives with trained providers who support routines, safety, and independence goals in a respectful environment.
Our Day Programs provide structured, engaging support designed to help participants build independence, confidence, and meaningful community connection. Each day includes small group activities, social interaction, life-skills development, recreational opportunities, and community outings tailored to individual goals. Using our DNA framework—Dreams, Needs, and Abilities—we personalize each participant’s experience so growth feels meaningful, visible, and encouraging.

Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, we take time to understand each individual’s personality, routines, strengths, goals, and support needs.
