At Live Empowered, we offer a variety of vocational rehabilitation services designed to help individuals with disabilities find meaningful employment. One approach we use is Customized Employment. This involves identifying the unique strengths and interests of each individual and matching them with a job that aligns with their skills and passions. We work with employers to create job positions that are tailored to the individual’s abilities, ensuring a successful and fulfilling work experience.

 

Another approach we use is Individual Placement and Support. This approach focuses on finding competitive employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. We work with employers to match qualified individuals with available positions, providing ongoing support and assistance to ensure success on the job. Supported Job Based Training is another service we offer, designed to help individuals with disabilities gain the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a specific job or industry. We provide on-the-job training and support, ensuring that individuals have the tools they need to excel in their chosen field.

Supported Employment is another approach we use to help individuals with disabilities find and maintain employment. This involves providing ongoing support and assistance to individuals as they navigate the job market, including job coaching and skill-building activities. Finally, we offer Work Readiness/Life Skills Training, designed to help individuals with disabilities develop the skills and knowledge necessary to be successful in any job. This includes training in communication, problem-solving, time management, and other essential skills.
